Why not augmentation instead of a lift?

Wouldn't breast augmentation also lift the breasts?  Why would one go with a lift and not just go with augmentation...two birds, one stone?

Re: Why not augmentation instead of a lift?

Hi Thermos,

Breast augmentation does not correct sagging breasts.  A woman with sagging breasts can get a breast lift and augmentation (quite a common solution).  This combination procedure firms breasts and increases the cup size.

Can't a lift actually decrease a woman's cup size?

If you add volume to the breast, the bust line is full and the shape of the breast should negate any sagging, shouldn't it?

Re: Why not augmentation instead of a lift?

IF I had the money, I would go for both a lift and an augmentation.  I am sure it would save money compared to having two procedures at separate times!

YOu only pay the anesthesiologist once and you only use the hospital once.
